The District Court of Vilnius passed a ruling to initiate bankruptcy proceedings (case No. B2-286-544/2019) to JSC „Rivilta“ (company code 302539953) on 8^thof February in 2019, which became effective and JSC „Rivilta“ acquired the status of the company in bankruptcy on 29^thof March in 2019.MB Ad legem was appointed as a bankruptcy administrator of JSC „Rivilta“ (in bankruptcy), and now is selling plastic feed system and plastic inspection device.
