A complete line for washing PP and PE materials

I will sell a complete line for washing PP PE plastics.

Manufacturer EKOLINIA The set includes: * UNTHA four-shaft primary shredder, * mill, * primary centrifuge I, * 7-meter-long flotation tank, * dewatering centrifuge II, * cleaning centrifuge III with automatic sieve cleaning function.

Additionally, the line is equipped with: ^ W260 water squeezer for foil flakes, ^ transport fans, ^ conveyors, ^ foil flake/grind buffer.

The set also includes a PFTE sewage pretreatment line with pumps and a system of pipes, a screens press and a transport screw.

The line is adapted to wash polyethylene waste (also from selective collection), polypropylene Big-Bag waste and regrind. The device has had a major bearing service and is in very good technical condition.

Additionally, we have a two-stage cascade regranulation line with a mother and baby agglomerator fi 120/130 (cooperating with a car wash). Agglomerator diameter 900 mm. Agglomerator engine 90 kW.

The first extruder has: * 8 heating and cooling zones, * two degassing with vacuum pumps, * new self-cleaning filter 2 x 400 mm (filtration 200 micr), * Main engine and extruder 90 kW.

The second extruder has: * 4 heating and cooling zones, * plate screen changer 2 x 2600 mm, * cutting head for PE and PP, * Main engine II extruder 45 kW.

Line capacity up to 350 kg/h. Production date: 2009 except: W260 water squeezer for foil flakes - 2013 and III cleaning centrifuge with automatic sieve cleaning function - 2022.

The machine has been serviced with oil and bearings, in very good technical condition and in constant operation.
