The machine is very stiff, the carriage is made of steel plates with a thickness of 16 mm, the body is built in a ribbed system.

The grinder GR180 for knives has a number of improvements to achieve high-quality sharpening and many years of use. Equipped with a tilting magnetic table, it is also possible to attach the knives with special clamps on the other side of the table. We make machines on individual order. It is possible to order a machine with a table length of 1200 mm, 1800 mm, 2000 mm and 2400 mm. Sharpening angle from 0 to 90 degrees. Proper cooling of the sharpened surfaces is ensured by a cooling system with a tank and a magnetic filter (separator) equipped with 6 strong neodymium magnets.
