Aceretech Machinery extruder for plastics

The extruder that we have in our plant was manufactured by ACERETECH MACHINERY CO., Sp. z o. o. in 2017. The equipment is used and modernized throughout the period during which it is owned by our company. The manufacturer of the electronics used in the extruder is Schneider Electric, which means that there is no problem with the availability of any components in case of wear. The extruder has a cascade, therefore it uses two screws 140mm and 150mm. The propeller with a diameter of 140mm is driven by a 185KW motor, while the propeller behind the cascade is driven by a 55KW motor. We have a spare screw with a diameter of 140mm. The extruder is equipped with a hydraulic screen changer with a mesh diameter of 300 mm, which makes the filtration surface very effective and the material throughput large. The agglomerator, which prepares the material immediately before being picked by the screw, is powered by a 110KW motor. In this part of the machine, the main drive shaft has recently been replaced prophylactically in order to avoid an unforeseen failure of the machine. The machine has a double degassing, which makes the material completely gas-free. Cutting into granules takes place in water, while the vibrosito and the centrifuge we bought make the product completely dry. The centrifuge itself was purchased to increase the drying capacity as well as to increase the transport capacity of the previously problematic material.
