ALTECH ALstep is a compact, low-cost self-adhesive label applicator with a solid and reliable design. It works perfectly in even the most demanding production conditions.
The ALstep head can be placed on a stand at the production line - for applying labels from the side/top/bottom. Thanks to its small size and the possibility of adjusting individual elements, it can be part of multi-head labeling systems, it can be integrated on packaging machines (flowpack, vertical packaging machines, etc.)
The ALstep machine is available in the following variants:
- ALstep S, M, T
- S - maximum label width 100mm, maximum labeling speed 30 m/min
- M - maximum label width 200mm, maximum labeling speed 20 m/min
- T - integrated with SATO (or other) thermal transfer printing module
ALstep E
The cheapest head variant with a simplified controller and a labeling speed of up to 15 m/min. Maximum label width 100 mm
