The D-53 PLT HE2 machine is best suited to situations where strapping by manual clamping and pulling the strap takes too much time and it is inconvenient to make strapping of the pallet with a horizontal tape. Using the D-53 PLT HE2 machine, the time of strapping pallets can be shortened by half. The D-53-PLT2 HE is an effective replacement for expensive automatic tools and manual strapping devices. When the machine is set at the appropriate height, strapping the products is quick and efficient. The pendant switch is an innovative solution. The use of a hanging switch allows the machine operator full control over the strapping cycle and free access to the other side of the packed pallet in order to install additional protective angles or lay the tape. The new version of the model offers the possibility of making straps with a length of 170 mm to 2200 mm. Like the D-53PLT, the HE2 is available with a rechargeable battery.
