Cast steel heaters can be made in any shape such as flat, cylindrical, curved, etc. They are constructed from a specially shaped heating element that is flooded with molten aluminum or copper. At the finish of the workpiece, the contact surface is specially machined to maintain the smoothest, even surface possible, thus achieving even distribution of heat. Heaters are equipped with mounting brackets or clamping elements. They can also have temperature sensors, openings, cutouts or cooling systems such as radiators, water coolers. It is possible to make heaters on the basis of technical drawings or on the basis of supplied old heaters.
