Coil heaters

HOTCOIL heaters can be supplied with or without temperature sensor. The heater can be made as standard with a J-type sensor up to 1600W and the basic connection is a 1000 mm PTFE insulated cable with silicone-impregnated fiberglass insulating tape.

MICROCOIL type circular saws with a circular cross section of ∅1.3 or ∅1.8 mm and with a rectangular cross section of 1.0 x 1.6 or 1.3 x 2.3 mm are supplied with two connection heads as standard. One connection head is possible in a special version. High power density heaters - 1.4 x 2.4 / 1.8 x 3.2 / ∅1.8 / ∅ 2.0 mm can be supplied with only one connection head. Due to the small dimensions of the heater, it is not possible to make with a temperature sensor. The standard is a PTFE insulated wire with a length of 1000mm.

Heaters in versions with reflective bands or clamps are also available.
