The complete crushing lines we offer are advanced solutions for processing various plastic , carpentry and cable waste. Here is a professional description of our crushing lines, including the possibility of separating metal elements.

A standard crushing line consists of the following elements
  • Shredder Feed Conveyor: This element of the crushing line is used to transfer material to the shredder. The conveyor belt ensures a constant and smooth flow of material, enabling continuous shredding.
  • Pre-shredder: Depending on the type and size of the material being processed, we use an appropriate pre-shredder. It may be a single-shaft, two-shaft or four-shaft shredder. Thanks to this solution, the material is effectively shredded to the required size and prepared for the next stage of processing.
  • Reception from the pre-shredder: After the shredding process, the material is collected from the shredder using a conveyor belt or a screw feeder. This allows material to flow smoothly to the next processing stage.
  • Knife mill: As part of the complete crushing line, we also use a knife mill as a device for regrind the material to the desired fraction. The knife mill allows for further reduction of the material particle size and obtaining the desired regrind fraction.
  • Big-bag station: In order to effectively collect and pack the regrind after the knife mill, there is a big-bag station in the crushing line. This station allows the resulting regrind to be loaded into big bags using a transport fan. This ensures effective and ergonomic packaging of processed material.

Additionally, our crushing lines also offer the possibility of separating metal elements. For this purpose, we can adapt crushing lines to accommodate various steel and non-ferrous metal separators.

The complete crushing lines we offer not only ensure effective regrind of various wastes, but also enable the separation of metal elements, which contributes to efficient processing and recovery of raw materials.
