Design and construction of a waste plastic recycling plant

Ladies and gentlemen,

Invest Park Sieradz Sp. z o. o. in 2019 established a project group that undertook extensive work according to prepared plan, including in particular design work, including functionalities and process engineering, as well as a package of activities aimed at obtaining the necessary permits required by law, aimed at the stage of project readiness for implementation (ready to bulid). At present, the team has developed the concept of the project, project assumptions, conducted research on the identification of raw material sources, the conditions of obtaining and has the Environmental Impact Report . The report was submitted in October 2020 and a final decision is expected ( update March 2021, submission of a new report in April 2021 ). The current goal of the project group is to verify, select and make the final decisions that make up a coherent investment project. The ongoing development work will allow the final shape of the project to be finalized and a final construction decision to be obtained in the first quarter of 2022.

Invest Park Sieradz is carrying out a project to the "ready to build" phase or to the construction of a recycling plant for waste plastics PE, PP, PS. The concept uses various technological lines allowing for washing, preparation of the raw material, its sorting and designation for pyrolysis or regranulation and for the production of electricity in cogeneration (the GAZ GZ50 fuel used).

Due to the advancement of the project, it is possible to invite entities from the industry to cooperate, both in terms of a financial investor, strategic partner, technology supplier, and raw material supplier.
