The shafts have a high-strength steel structure. The shaft structure balances the static and dynamic properties to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation.
In the AMWT series double-shaft crusher, the crushing process and its result depend on the thickness of the cutting discs and the number of hook-shaped blades on the circumference of each disc. The right choice of blades will have an impact on the performance and the ability to crush a wide variety of materials.
The geometry of the shredder blades can be adjusted depending on the material being processed. Two counter-rotating shafts with specially designed blades and spacer combs are placed between the blades and attached to the walls of the grinding chamber.
Depending on the model of the machine and the type of material being processed, we can count on the efficiency of 300 kg / h-5000 kg / h.
