Extruder / Extruder for HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE stretch film and others

We offer various types of machines / extruders / extruders and complete lines for the production of PE film.

- method: extrusion blow molding,

- efficiency: from about 15-20 kg / hour. (eg narrow sleeves) up to approx. 300 kg / hour,

- for foil in the form of: sleeves, semi-sleeves, tapes, building cloths, etc.,

- for films: LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE stretch, stretch hood, heat-shrinkable, biodegradable, horticultural, construction etc.,

- also extruders / universal lines, eg for LDPE and HDPE films, or LLDPE stretch and LDPE films,

- for single-layer (mono) and multilayer films (co-extrusion, eg 3-, 5-layer),

- rotary mechanism of the head or swivel tower

- various winders: single (sleeves, half-sleeves, sheets) or double (also tapes); on a machine or free-standing, e.g. "back to back" type; automatic or with manual change of rollers,

- AC motors controlled by inverters,

- central control with a touch operator panel,

- optional equipment at the Customer's request, eg: automatic thickness and tension adjustment systems, gravimetric raw material dosing, internal cooling (IBC), foil activator ("ionizer"), knurl, mini-recycling of edge strips with milling recurrence to the basket hopper.
