Line no.2. Extruder for the production of film, film production line

Performance and parameters identical to those added in my other advertisement. It only has more modern electronics, without mechanical contactors, but on special reed switches that pulse current to the heaters. Thanks to this, they are failure-free compared to ordinary 230/400 V contactors, which have a specified service life of 1/2 to 1 year of operation. Possibility of cutting tapes and sleeves into smaller ones during production, because special, adjustable banana rollers are installed in front of the tape/sleeve winders, enabling the cut film to move sideways and eliminate wrinkles in normal production. Pneumatic opening of the upper and lower rollers. Aeration of the film sleeve before waste-free cutting of the sleeve into tapes using excellent rotary-pneumatic knives manufactured by Swiss.

The head diameter is 150, the main engine 20/40 kW has 2 speeds, which gives an efficiency of 30 to 80 kg/h, depending on the width, thickness and engine speed.
All inverter drives are locked to one collective speed change potentiometer. A separate parameter control cabinet was built near the winders. The collective potentiometer and the location of the control cabinet determine significant savings during production start-up or changes in film parameters during production, up to 70%.

The machine is equipped with an employee presence and reaction monitor, equipped with 2 winders with waste-free edge knives, enabling the production of half-sleeves and tapes.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a laser device for controlling the width of the film, as well as hillers for liquid cooling of the charging zones and, separately, oil in the main gears of the drive engines. Hiller heats rooms as needed from excess heat and has the function of independently heating the hall with an effective 24 kW electric blower.
Other additional devices that can be transferred between machines (second machine in a separate announcement): film ionizer, film deionizer, film perforator.

The 150 mm head is interchangeable with the 100 mm head from the other machine. Additional head diameter 200 mm for HDPE. Also with universal plugs and terminals for 2 extruders.
Screws diameter 60 mm/1500 mm.

The machine is equipped with granulate level monitors in the hoppers to avoid interruptions in production due to operator oversights.
Perfect BERGES main engine inverters with double power reserves. They have the so-called overdrive for motor rotation speeds of up to 70 and 80 Hz!!! This helps increase production by 25-30% on thick or wide films.

The film is guided upwards to a height of 7.5 meters on 4 wooden guides, interlocked and collectively regulated from the bottom near the head.
Pneumatic closing of the upper extraction rollers in both machines. Right and left rotation of rollers and stays depending on the needs of lifting the film, lowering the film down, using winders to rewind the film from the 1st roll to the 2nd roll.

Possibility of cutting tapes and sleeves into smaller ones during production - one of the machines has banana rollers mounted in front of the tape and sleeve winders.

Lines 1 and 2 (I have 2 production lines for sale) have undergone a thorough modernization of drives to modern ones (blocked inverters). The machines were equipped with width sensors, feed sensors, operator standby sensors, measurement lasers, film roll deionization equipment, film ionization equipment for printing, and a film perforator of my own idea.
