Our Czech company, the company DATRIA sro, is a manufacturer of non-standard extruders and extrusion lines for various plastic and rubber products.
The extruders are equipped with Baumüller (DE) motors with a high IEC4 power class compared to the standard IEC2 class motors.
Electric parts are used by Schneider or PID companies with Osaka regulation (used, for example, in Engel injection molding machines),
Nitrided or bimetallic plasticizing system, Dynisco pressure sensors, ETB heaters (DE).
The extruders are equipped with a cylinder with thermal insulation on heaters and the complete concept of the extruder is aimed at maximum savings in power consumption.
