DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE

The device allows to move at a constant speed, single and separated cartons from the vertical loading warehouse to the receiving warehouse. When moving, you can print the message on the carton using any vendor's non-contact printer ( LINX, LEIBINGER, VIDEOJET, EBS, DOMINO etc. ) or labeling with a feeder synchronizer (eg Avery Dennison ALS 104, ALTECH ALstep, ALritma ) .

The labeled cartons will be fed to the horizontal receiving warehouse, where they will be picked up by the service. Loading from the loading warehouse is done mechanically (friction). The device is made of polished stainless steel, plastic and aluminum. The drive is a geared motor. In addition, the device is equipped with printer head mounting brackets and a product detection photocell handle.

The carton feeder consists of a body and integrally associated with the loading warehouse, the receiving conveyor carrying the functions of the horizontal receiving warehouse, the base, the electrical box and the holders for the printer head and the photocell. The loading warehouse has adjustable side bands that allow for adjusting its dimensions to a variety of cartons. Additional equipment is a counter of printed cartons that shows the current number of printed cartons. Once the preset value has been reached, the drive turns off. The power pack is IP56 rated as standard.
