Flexible heating hoses

Flexible heating hoses are designed to heat different media. In the extrusion process a heated connection between the co-extruder and the head is provided. The advantage of using heating hoses is the temperature and flow stabilization, which guarantees the quality of the final product

Flexible heating hoses are equipped as standard with a J-type temperature sensor (insulated measuring junction), thermocouple type K (insulated measuring weld), resistance thermometer Pt100 or other type of temperature sensor is available on request. Each heating hose must be controlled by a temperature controller to avoid damage from overheating. We offer designs for explosive areas EX.
