TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

  1. Construction part:

The device consists of five basic elements:

A. Frame - made of 120mm and 180mm C-section,

B. Tank – made of 10 mm sheet metal, thermally insulated with mineral wool and covered with 1.5 mm acid-resistant sheet metal, the steam extraction fan is not included in the machine's equipment.

C. Main engine mounting plate with V-belt tensioners HC 3200 pcs. 5,

D. Bearing assembly (hub) equipped with four bearings NU320 pcs. 2 and 32320 pcs. 2 and a seal,

E. Cutting blade with knife bases and a mounting hub equipped with an RCK 90/130 expansion-clamping ring.
