Granulation lines with a charging hopper in the plastics recycling process are intended for granulation of fragmented, lightly printed loose plastics such as PP , PE , PS , ABS , EPS in the form of reregrind. Equipping the extruders of this line with a square charging hopper with an attached stirrer guarantees direct supply of the input material to the machine's plasticizing system. The use of a single-screw plasticizing system, properly selected extruder length and screw pitch, combined with double vacuum degassing, ensure high quality of the final product.

The production process of the granulation line is controlled entirely through the HMI operator panel , where the operator can view the process parameters on an ongoing basis and change these parameters "online". The control additionally allows remote access to the machine for management or service.
