The semi-automatic baler, 600Plus channel press provides a capacity of 2 tons per hour, which makes it ideal for waste processing plants. The machine has a crushing force of 50 tons, a knife cutting excess raw material in the batch chamber, a hardwearing steel floor, a full bale indicator and a three-phase motor with a capacity of 15 kW. Optionally, the baler can be equipped with a number of accessories, eg a 1100L container tippler, a cooperating belt feeder, additional safety devices, etc. The horizontal binding system makes it ideal for baling plastic PET bottles and aluminum cans. The whole process of bale formation, in addition to binding, takes place in an automatic cycle.
