The semi-automatic baler, 800MAX channel press delivers productivity of 2 tons per hour, making it ideal for waste treatment plants. The machine has a crushing force of 75 tons, a knife cutting off excess material in the charging chamber, a hard-wearing steel floor, a full bale indicator and a 15 kW three-phase motor. Optionally, the baler can be equipped with a number of additives, such as 1100L container tipping machine, co-operating conveyor belt, additional security, etc. Horizontal binding system makes it ideal for baling plastic PET bottles and aluminum cans. The entire process of forming a bale in addition to binding takes place in an automatic cycle.

The main feature of the 800MAX is the ability to eject a single bale, thanks to the elongated actuator.
