Perforated foil is used, among others. in the food industry and many other industries. The PM5 can be integrated in any line and the permissible film width is 2 m.
The machine can become an integral part of any production line by adjusting the speed of the perforating needles to the line speed. The ease of assembly and disassembly of the perforator shaft in combination with the modular design of the needle segments allows for a rapid change of the perforation pattern.
Segments can be configured in any way on the perforator shaft, giving you the opportunity to create several perforations. You can set the puncture depth and maintain it continuously with the electronic control system. The digital display shows the exact depth of the perforations.
