I would like to process baled HDPE material with the following specifications:
HDPE material from selected household chemicals, i.e. bottles, trays, canisters below 5 kg - 94% by weight
Possible contamination: wood, rubber, paper, film, cardboard, diapers - approx. 6%
Excluded: metals and aggregates over 100 grams
Obtained fraction:
Petals from 6-12 mm
Content of impurities such as wood, aluminum < 0.2%
Humidity: approx. 0.5-1%
Packed in big bags
The material must undergo the following processes: crushing, washing, separation in water or other, drying, packing in big bags.
