The BATTENFELD TM 270-3300 injection molding machine from 2007 is being technically checked and repaired. The injection molding plasticizing is equipped with a 75 mm screw diameter and enables a maximum specific injection pressure of 2087 bar. The calculated stroke volume of 1657 cm³ results in a maximum injection weight of 1508 g polystyrene (PS). The "Battenfeld TM" toggle lever system achieves a closing force of 2700 kN (270 t).
