At the Dopak Research and Development Center, our mission is to provide comprehensive solutions that will help maximize process efficiency and ensure the highest quality.

• We carry out test and small-batch productions , facilitating the quick and effective implementation of ideas on the market.

We have 7 advanced automatic lines, consisting of hydraulic and electric KraussMaffei injection molding machines with a mold clamping force from 550 to 5500 kN. The machines are equipped with LRX linear robots and peripheral devices: conveyors, drying, feeding and dosing systems, cooling and plastic grinding systems.

All plasticizing systems of our injection molding machines are reinforced, thanks to which they can cope perfectly with the processing of high-temperature plastics such as PEEK and those with abrasive properties.

• Our work also includes developing specific guidelines for manufacturing technologies . Thanks to this, our partners receive comprehensive support in the production process , which translates into efficiency and quality.
• We validate injection processes and optimize parameters.
• We help combine high quality with effective production by determining optimal process settings.
• We produce standardized shapes using the injection method and conduct strength tests of various plastics. Thanks to this, our customers gain knowledge that helps them make the right decisions in the production process
