ECO
Lines for Customers who expect specific production capacities but have a limited budget. The line includes all the necessary, basic components of the line without additional functions and improvements. Analog control.
STANDARD
The line is equipped with a metal detector on the conveyor belt, vacuum degassing, a high-performance centrifuge with high efficiency of granulate drying, a closed cooling water circulation system. Analog control.
PREMIUM
In this option, the customer receives a technologically advanced line for film regranulation. It includes additional elements such as a closed water circulation system equipped with a heat exchanger and filter, a high-performance centrifuge and a classification table to calibrate the granulate, as well as sensors and signal lamps supporting the operator's work. Control with digital temperature controllers, with process visualization using programmable PLC controllers. Easy-to-use 10'' or 15'' touch screen with the option of saving recipes. Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote control of the extruder and service.
