I will sell an efficient internal recycling line - MUNCHY 100 is an ideal economical recycling line for processing LDPE, HDPE and PP materials. Year of production 2008 since 2014 in our company.

Thanks to its compact design with automatic film feed from the roll to the extruder and an underwater pelletizing system, it ensures efficient material processing and high-quality granules.

Materials that can be recycled: LDPE, HDPE, PP,

Screw diameter: 60 mm,

Capacity: Up to 80 – 110 kg/h, depending on the type of material and the feed rate,

Degassing: No degassing,

Screen changer: Manual screen changer with double filter,

Material feeding system: automatic roll film feeder + hopper,

Pelletizing system: Underwater pelletizing system,

Water-cooled pelletizing system with water pump,

Bathtub with vibrating table,

Centrifuge + system for extracting the finished granulate to a big bag.

The line is in very good condition, regularly serviced, still in production, 2 years ago the main 30 kW engine was replaced and a new GEFRAN controller was installed to manage regranulation temperatures. The line only worked on clean post-production materials.
