NDS double-broken conveyor with a paddle separator
Lightweight made of aluminum, an extremely versatile device. Thanks to an independent drive, the rotary separator is connected parallel to the belt. The separator can separate parts with a thickness difference of up to 2 mm. The rotary separator is driven by a gear motor with an adjustable clutch, which prevents accidents and prevents damage to the molded parts. The tilt part is adjustable to fit different pickup heights.
Dimensions: width, length of individual segments as needed.
The conveyor can be equipped with various types of belts and optional equipment:
