PS/PP film extrusion line - Omv - 3 layers

The line was produced in 1992.
It was purchased by our company in 2018 as a fully functioning machine that produces PS foil on a daily basis.

After bringing it to the company, renovation was carried out, including:

- regeneration of the screw and main cylinder of the extruder fi 80
- nitriding and modernization of the screw
- cleaning of the cylinder diameter 45 by honing
- design and construction of new heating sections of the main extruder fi 80
- partial overhaul of the machine's electrical system
- replacing one of the rubber shafts with a new one

The machine is equipped with an additional 3rd extruder.

Technical data:

- 3 extruders: fi 80, fi 45, fi ~40
- 3-layer head, width: 800 mm
- rollers width: 800 mm
- 29 heating sections
- screen changer on 2 extruders
- the machine has a control for the pump in front of the head, unfortunately the pump itself was not available when the machine was purchased
- the machine also comes with a set feeding raw material to each extruder

- capacity about 300 kg/h
