Our company has established cooperation with Maxi-Melt, which is a valued manufacturer of plasticizing systems for both extruders and injection molding machines. The production plant is located in Italy.
We can offer you new screws and cylinders as well as a regeneration service.
The Maxi-Melt company cooperates, among others. with the following machine manufacturers:
Weber, Extrudex, Erema, Amut, Troester.
They offer:
- single bimetallic cylinders (fi18 ... 610 mm, L = 7750 mm) and nitrided (fi14 ... 610 mm, L = 9000 mm)
- double bimetallic cylinders (fi30 ... 200 mm, L = 3500 mm) and nitrided (fi30 ... 200 mm, L = 3500 mm)
- single screws in the standard version (Ø14 ... 600 mm, L = 9000 mm) and hardened (Ø14 ... 90 mm, L = 3000 mm)
- double screws (fi40-200 mm, L = 6000 mm).
