Pyrolytic carbonization of plastics

The company is looking for a manufacturer/distributor offering the possibility of supplying char/pyrolytic coal with the following properties and parameters:

• Material granulation – material, fine and dusty, SIEVED and separated from larger elements, without metallic fraction (1-100 micrometers)
• Dry material – up to 1% moisture
• Material composition:
o Coal: over 77%
o Sulfur: max. 2%
o Chlorine: max 0.5%
o As low as possible ash content (below 15%)
• Target amount of collected material: 200 – 250 tons/month

Material packed in big-bags.

NOTE: Due to the specific nature of the process for which the received material will be used, the calorific value is not of key importance here (the average calorific value for char is approx. 28,000 kJ/kg) – the most important factors are the relatively high carbon content with a small amount of impurities, low humidity and grain size of the material.
