The water jacket cutting system with pneumatic pressure is a granulation system widely used in the PTS industry for various polymer materials.

The head is equipped with a pneumatic system for pressing the cutting knives. Air is supplied first to the air preparation block, which is responsible for cleaning the compressed air from impurities through the filter insert and for setting and maintaining a constant pressure value. The solenoid valve is controlled by the main control cabinet. The pneumatic system is connected to the head control, when the head is started, the pneumatic system is automatically started.

The cutting system also includes a Centrifugal Centrifuge, produced in two sizes WP-200 and WP-300, depending on the required capacity. A high-performance centrifuge with high drying efficiency together with the RW head work in a closed water circulation system. They are characterized by low power consumption, easy operation and replacement of components.
