Regranulation - Recycling of PE film waste

A small line for granulation of post-production PE film waste (eg LDPE, HDPE, stretch) with a thickness of up to 0.5 mm.

Practical performance :

- LDPE films: up to approx. 50 kg / h

- LLDPE "stretch" films: up to approx. 40 kg / h.

Total installed power : 47 kW (average energy consumption: approx. 30 kW / h)

Dimensions LxWxH (aligned): 3.7 x 2.6 x 2.4 m.

Finished product - polyethylene granules.

Technology - dry, cut on the head.

The line includes :

1. agglomerator with a dedusting system

2. extruder with granule cutting system

3. fan cooling and granule transport system

4.2 cyclones

The machine is manufactured under the customer's order.
