Rubber waste pyrolysis plant

I will sell an installation for thermal processing of rubber waste WGW.

• dimensions of the complete installation (length x width x height) - 18,000 x 6,000 x 5,000 m;
• process torch PPT/W/FA/0203/WGW8: thermal power - max. 400 kW;
• the time of one full production cycle (from the moment of starting the loading of tires,
sealing the reactor and starting heating until it cools down, opening
reactor and removal of steel scrap and char) - approx. 18-24 h (depending on conditions
weather, season, input used);
• the installation is pressureless - the maximum pressure achieved was 0.42 bar.

The installation can be viewed in Malbork, 50 km from Gdańsk.
Installation on a 1.8 ha plot with infrastructure - production hall, warehouse, transformer station, social container, maneuvering area. Environmental decision: waste codes 07 02 80; 16 01 03, 19 12 04, 19 12 10, 19 12 12, Recovery R3-R12.
