We have a high-performance machine for sale, designed to make prints on plastic items in up to two colors using the screen printing technique with the use of UV inks. It is possible to print objects of round, flat, oval and conical shape. It is mainly suitable for decorating cosmetic packaging. Products that can be decorated with this machine include: jars, caps, cosmetic tubes and many others.

The device has a carousel structure with 9 executive stations, allowing simultaneous processing of 7 objects of the same type (including positioning, surface preparation of the object, printing and drying).

The item positioning system allows the application of more than 2 colors in subsequent cycles.

The machine is adapted to frequent and easy retooling and changing of printed products, which makes it optimal for small, medium and large volumes. For easy retooling, the device has a memory module for technological parameters used when decorating individual products. These configurations can be saved and restored from the device memory. The device is numerically controlled, which means that all motion procedures are carried out using highly accurate servo drives.
