The Kajman Automatik device is widely used in scrap processing facilities. The cutting unit is a hydraulic Cajman type alligator shears. The machine has a hopper that enables automatic movement of the cut material. The crushed material (sheet metal elements) is moved under the knives where it is automatically cut to the expected size. The infeed also allows cutting heavy steel scrap such as profiles, pipes, etc. The machine is managed by a programmable automaton. The optimum setting is selected for material processing. The machine can be supplemented with a gripper that secures the manipulation of the material both on the side of the material entering the device, as well as the collection of the cut material. Kajman Automatik does not require an additional grapple to load scrap.
