Mixers for homogenizing bulk materials with screw feeders. Set on a foundation slab, attached to the ground with steel anchors.

  • Working capacity of the tank: max. 50 m³
  • Mixer height: 10.5 m
  • Tank diameter (cylindrical part): 3.2 m
  • Mixer drive: 18.5 kW motor, via belt transmission
  • Feeder drive: 5.5 kW motor, via belt transmission
  • Mixer filling: mainly by screw feeder
  • Mixer unloading: via the main discharge chute controlled manually by means of a lever system, with an additional emergency connector equipped with a rotary valve



Electrical installation:


The mixer is equipped with an ILTAO level switch and an integrated control box containing:

  • engine switch,
  • control and signaling elements cooperating with the level sensor,
  • a switch that disconnects the screw feeder when the maximum fill level of the tank is reached.

Additionally, the mixer is equipped with safety switches that cut off the power supply when the hatches are opened. The mixer and screw feeders are connected by a shielded cable to the motor terminal boxes.

Fill level control:

The device is equipped with an ILTAO filling control module and glazed inspection hatches enabling visual inspection of the tank interior.

Materials and finish:

  • Construction material (mixer and feeders): S235JR grade steel
  • Painting: two-layer
  • Mixer weight: approx. 7200 kg
