Single-shaft crusher with pressure for large-sized materials , designed for crushing hard and thick-walled materials. The rotor design allows processing of large-sized materials such as barrels, cans, car bumpers, lumps, etc.
The hydraulic press system moves the material towards the rotor and holds it for more effective crushing. The crusher press to the shaft assumes a 15-degree angle, which makes the capacity 20% higher than in the case of horizontal press. This solution also allows the material to be crushed from above, not just from the front. It is possible to regulate the speed and force of the press.
The shaft is constructed of high strength steel. The shaft design balances static and dynamic properties to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation. We use different types of shaft designs depending on the type of material.
