In addition to large, complete film extrusion lines, we also produce SMALL PROFESSIONALS, often used in laboratories and testing new raw materials / blends.

- for narrow sleeves and half-sleeves (and after changing the rewinder - also tapes),

- from LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and others; also universal, eg simultaneously for LDPE and HDPE),

- for single (mono) and multilayer (2-, 3-, 4-, and layer) films,

- with the possibility of folding (triangles to folds),

- to choose: rotary mechanism of the head or tower with rotation or without rotation,

- productivity: from 15-20 kg / hour. upwards,

- screw diameter: from 18 mm upwards,

- width of the rollers: from 300 mm upwards,

- the width of the folded sleeve: from 80 mm upwards

- with a single winder (sleeves, half-sleeves) or double (also with a tape),

- AC motors controlled by inverters,

- a touch-screen operator panel.

- optional equipment at the customer's request, eg a knurl, activator foil surface (ionizer), automatic thickness control.
