ARGUS MACHINES offers you a production line for disposable masks KN95.
The complete line includes a machine for the production of the mask body, machines for rotary welding of ear loops and machines for side welding.
The mask body is made of 5-6 layers
The line connects layers of synthetic nonwovens that are fed from rolls. Between the layers a plate stiffening the mask is placed on the bridge of the nose.
In further steps, the machine cuts the mask part of the mask from the joined layers. In the next stage, temples are ultrasonically welded to the mask. The final stage is the side welding of the mask.
