The material is fed into the screening box by the distribution device.

It is mounted on steel springs on a solid steel frame and is dust resistant. The two upper eccentric motors cause the screen to vibrate. The sieves slide into the sieve box and are easy to replace thanks to the unique swivel mechanism.

As standard, the SIS screen consists of two layers of sieves. The upper sieve layer is a solid 3D honeycomb sieve, the lower sieve layer is a PU expansion shaft. The sizes of the holes can be freely selected.

Depending on the product, the bevel and speed can be freely changed to achieve the optimal throughput and the exact grading of the screened material. The sieve can also be connected to the aspiration system.

The machine is available in various widths and lengths. Depending on the application or abrasion of the separated material, various variants of wear linings are available, e.g. HARDOX, PU, stainless steel.
