Universal semiautomatic labeling machine for cylindrical packaging

The ALmatic self adhesive sandwich applicator allows the labeling of the product in circular shapes with a diameter of 25 to 110mm and a label width of up to 200mm. Thanks to its intuitive handling, the device works perfectly in any industry where fast and accurate labeling on bottles, tubes or other cylindrical products is required. Labeling is done at a speed of 12 m / min , so that with a little practice you can label dozens of products in a minute. The ALMatic system can also be equipped with a Hot-Stamp module or an Ink-Jet cartridge holder for any manufacturer so that you can print the necessary information such as production date, batch, line or 2D or bar code labels.
