Used Plasticizing system of a single-screw extruder Ø90 mm with double degassing

Plasticizing system from the Extruder Model : WJ90 manufactured by WW Ekochem sp. z o. o.
The set includes:
- 1x Cylinder with little wear (only 1 screw worked)
- 1x auger almost new, very little used, in very good condition
- 1x auger, moderately worn
- the system has double degassing

Dimensions:
- Outer diameter of the cylinder: fi160mm
- Total length of the screw: 3532 mm
- Screw length from the working zones (behind the sealing coils): 3265 mm
- 2 wedges/grooves on the tenon: 17.7mm x 161mm
- Drive pin diameter: fi60mm
- Length of the drive pin: 172mm

Everything is ready for use - the system has been replaced due to a change in the type of processed materials
