WR 500mm Carton Feeder

WR FEEDER is a friction feeder for sheets, cards, boxes and coupons with a maximum size of 250×300 mm in the 250 version or 400×300 mm in the 400 version or 500×300 mm in the 500 version. Thanks to a powerful stepper motor, it can achieve a feeding speed of up to 70 meters per minute.

The feed selection uses rubber counter-rotating rollers with micro-adjustment on the left and right sides, making the feeder extremely flexible for any type of product. The 300 mm high, large capacity tray with minimum load control ensures great autonomy. The WR FEEDER can be equipped with an HP inkjet marker to apply variable data such as date, time, barcodes and texts with a maximum height of 12.7 mm at 300 dpi resolution.
The WR FEEDER is controlled by a microprocessor that uses a two-line, 20-character LCD keyboard with 7 function keys to communicate with the user. This allows you to set all operating parameters, such as continuous feeding or multiple copies on demand, feed speed, stop delay, print delay and stroke counter. The device's memory can store up to 40 different operating settings. During operation, you can display the device's status, including a warning that production has ended or the reason for the stop, e.g. empty loader or paper jam.

The L and XL versions enable the processing of very long products and/or the connection of several printers and labelling heads.
