Poland, 42-208 Częstochowa, Bugajska 37Single-shaft, low-speed crushers with hydraulic pressure of the WT series have been specially designed for the initial crushing of large elements that are not suitable for direct crushing in knife mills due to their dimensions and specificity.
The WT series crushers are equipped with strong single-shaft rotors that ensure effective crushing of various materials, such as PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC aggregates, foil waste, household chemicals, boards, bulky waste (such as boxes, pallets, spools, pipes), cardboard waste, paper, cores, wooden waste (such as blocks, pallets), textile waste (carpets, big-bags, eco-leather) and cable waste.
WT crushers are characterized by high efficiency and solid construction, which ensures stability and durability during the crushing process. The hydraulic pressure allows the material to be effectively pressed into the grinding rotor, providing optimal force and pressure, which contributes to effective waste fragmentation.
Thanks to the use of single-shaft crushers of the WT series, it is possible to effectively crush large elements and materials of various structures and densities. These crushers are extremely versatile and can be adapted to various types of waste, enabling the efficient processing and recycling of a variety of materials.
Our WT series single shaft crushers are not only efficient, but also ensure high quality of shredded material. Thanks to precise knives and advanced technical solutions, our crushers ensure accurate and even fragmentation of waste, which translates into better processing results and the quality of the final product.
The WT series crushers are irreplaceable in the recycling industry, especially when processing large and unusual items that require preliminary crushing before further processing. They ensure efficient use of raw materials, minimizing waste and contributing to a sustainable approach in a circular economy.
