The XR 8 granulation line is the latest model of Koltex Plastic Recycling Systems in the field of LDPE film processing. In addition to the known technological solutions used in standard extruders, a number of changes were introduced, which led to achieving high production efficiency while improving the quality of the obtained regranulate.

The new system is characterized by low energy consumption and significantly simplified operation thanks to the new SMART software.

Thanks to the use of numerous modifications, the surface of the machine was reduced by 30% compared to the previous model, but also the efficiency was increased by 45% while the energy demand decreased by approximately 15%.

An intelligent material temperature control system in the Agglomerator and an automatic material dosing system ensure process stability. Thanks to the automation of the process, the operator's involvement was reduced to a minimum.
