This June, Bole Europe Technology, the European arm of Chinese injection molding machine manufacturer Bole, officially completed preparations for the establishment of Bole Intelligent GmbH, based in Germany.
"It's no secret that the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is the largest, but also extremely demanding and specific in Europe, so a German company will provide significant support to Bole Europe's operations in these markets", says Vladimir Dunayevsky, CEO of Bole Europe Technology and also CEO of the new German company.
One of Bole Intelligent GmbH's main goals in Germany will be research and development in cooperation with German research centers and institutes in the fields of mechanical machinery and process engineering for plastics and metals.
"The focus will be on the future of plastics and metals processing, including the processing of recyclates and biopolymers, light metals, as well as new process technologies in the packaging, automotive and medical sectors. The R&D department in Europe also makes it possible to optimally support our customers in implementing their ideas for parts in the future", explains Volker Börstinghaus, who is responsible for Bole machinery sales in German-speaking countries.
The new company will be based in Merseburg near Leipzig, where work is currently underway to adapt the halls for the operations of Bole Intelligent GmbH.
"At the same time, we are developing direct sales in the Baltics, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In February of this year, Bole Machinery UK was incorporated directly into Bole Europe Technology, so as you can see, 2024 is shaping up to be a year of dynamic growth for us", Vladimir Dunayevsky points out.
