Bole Open Days

Bole Open Days

The Bole Open Days will take place in Mysłowice and Katowice on 26-27.09.2024. During this year's event, participants will be able to test the capabilities of 2 production cells, producing plastic parts. The Bole Open Days are also the time when interested participants will receive a special offer for their company.

Bole has curated a series of compelling lectures that delve deep into the most pressing topics of our time: the dynamic injection molding market in Poland, cutting-edge health and safety strategies, breakthrough energy-saving techniques, the latest advancements in processing recycled materials, and vital insights on securing EU subsidies for plastics processors. These sessions promise to equip participants with the knowledge needed to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

A diverse programme will showcase the latest generation of machines demonstrating new levels of technological innovation and efficiency. One of the highlights will be the launch of new injection molding machine. The new BL 280EKS EVO hydraulic servo injection moulding machine (clamping force 2800 kN) will produce set of garden tools from recycled polypropylene. This machine is a masterpiece crafted by Bole technical team, which integrates the high efficiency of traditional injection moulding machines with the energy-saving and environmentally friendly features of electric injection moulding machines, bringing revolutionary changes to the injection moulding industry. A set of garden tools made from Bio PP will be produced on this machine.

The second machine, an electric BL 110FE (clamping force 1100kN), will produce thin-walled 120 ml yogurt cups using two cavity mold with hot runners. With a shot weight of 15,5 g the cycle time is 4 seconds. The high-speed injection molding machine is equipped with an injection unit E225H with injection volume 213 cm3. The cups will be produced from PP.

The Bole Open Days program will be elevated by an exclusive exposition featuring industry titans: Meusburger, Toolmax, ML Polyolefins, Exipnos, and ElPartners. Meusburger dominates the market as the leader in high-precision standard parts, setting the benchmark for quality and reliability. Toolmax is a premier manufacturer of injection molds, delivering cutting-edge solutions to a diverse array of industries. ML Polyolefins stands as one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest producers of polypropylene regranulate, championing sustainability and excellence in material production. Exipnos is a dynamic German innovator, introducing BioCelain - a groundbreaking biobased and biodegradable material that signals the future of sustainable manufacturing. ElPartners, experts in securing critical funding for the processing industry, will be on-site, offering invaluable insights and opportunities to attendees.
