Colines group marks a prestigious…

Colines Holding group has further strengthened its leadership position in the European market for plastic film extrusion lines. This thanks also to the supply of two 9-layer, 3000 mm (6-up) ALLrollEX lines to the prestigious Romanian client TeraPlast for the production of stretch film. Both lines, of the highest quality and state-of-the-art technology, are equipped with the AI-based Virtual Production Assistant MasterMind . Additionally, they are fitted with continuous filters to work with PCR resins, a cutting-edge robot-palletizing system, and a cooling chiller.

TeraPlast's trust in the Colines Holding Group is further demonstrated by their decision to install three stretch film converting machines from NO.EL., part of the group: two machines for pre-stretching stretch film and a multifunctional line for core, coreless, pre-stretched, and mini-rolls film. Thanks to the patented three rollers prestretch device and to the high technology of NO.EL.’s machineries, TeraPlast can compete in prestretch market with the highest quality film.

"We are extremely satisfied with the constincency and flexibility of Colines group machines as well as with the quality of the product achieved thanks to their advanced technologies," stated Nicolae Rosu, Operations Director at TeraPlast. "The excellent relationship developed with the Colines group made the difference: throughout the entire supply process, we were supported with amazing care, and during the line start-up and set-up, their technical team has constantly been by our side.”
