The Discovery Day 2014 on the subject of news and trends in In-house Recycling will be held at the Erema headquarters in Ansfelden on 29 October 2014. The motto is "Don't waste your waste", featuring an appropriate mix of interesting specialist talks plus the recycling of in-house and production "waste" live on the new Intarema systems.Less production "waste" means fewer costs for raw material and disposal. At Discovery Day 2014 Erema will demonstrate how use intelligent in-house recycling to return up to 100% of "waste" plastic to the production process and still keep the high quality of your end products constant. Interested customers will be able to experience first-hand the efficiency benefits of the ultramodern Intarema systems with patented Counter Current technology for a remarkable boost in productivity in in-house recycling and see how easy they are to operate thanks to the new Smart Start concept.
The trials - ranging from fully automatic edge trim recycling with Intarema K to the processing of printed and metallised materials using TVEplus technology – will be carried out live at Discovery Day 2014 in the Erema Customer Centre at the company's headquarters in Ansfelden. Just like the other Erema trial centres in the USA and the Middle East, this was upgraded with the world's finest state-of-the-art technology through the installation of the new Intarema plant generation and the extension of the plastics analysis laboratory. Additionally, numerous experts from companies throughout the entire value chain such as Borealis, SML, OCS, Polifilm Extrusion and of course Erema will present interesting talks at Discovery Day 2014.
