To meet global demands for high precision, low energy consumption, and smart products, the SA Series intelligent outward toggle injection molding machine features a centralized support node design that reduces mold wall deformation and extends mold life. Through design optimization, the mold wall rigidity is increased by 30%, the mold opening stroke is extended by 16%, and the structure is made 11.5% lighter, all while maintaining low energy consumption and machine responsiveness.
It is equipped with a tie-bar clamping force adaptive control system, which automatically corrects clamping force and provides abnormality warnings. The user-friendly control interface and fully enclosed sheet metal safety design enhance operational ease and safety protection. The high-response servo oil pump system reduces energy consumption by more than 50% and can be combined with MuCell foaming technology to achieve the sustainable goal of net-zero carbon emissions.
